Many thanks to Mike Glen, Simon Davison and everyone on the team at Southampton Airport for a highly informative and enjoyable visit yesterday. A number of pilots & students from OSFS attended, some braving the gusty wind conditions to fly in! The trip included a presentation on Solent airspace from NATS, visits to the airfield operations room, radar control room, and air traffic control tower.
