The recent flyout to Perranporth airfield was a very successful and enjoyable day out and a great opportunity to visit somewhere different for a change. Four school aircraft and eight crews participated, and in addition to fantastic VFR weather, blue skies and beautiful beaches, it was also a good opportunity to learn from each other and to pick up tips, the most important one being: Never ask a Cornishman the quickest way to the sea!
