First class facilities and location
Our airfield is one of the UK’s oldest but our facilities are modern and second to none. Situated in one of the most picturesque regions of the UK you will be hard pressed to find a flight school that offers as much as this.
Our location offers the chance to fly above the beautiful south coast and benefits from the natural scenery of the Salisbury Plains, the dramatic chalk cliffs along the coastline and out towards the Isle of Wight.
As a team of passionate flight instructors, we are proud to operate and be based from one of the finest flying schools in the country. What’s more, our flying courses are structured and suited to YOUR requirements.
Flying courses designed for you
Whether you already have some basic flight skills or are a complete novice, our flying courses can be adapted to suit your requirements. Whatever your reason for looking for flying training, you won’t be disappointed. Our instructors are fully qualified, certified and determined to make sure the flying courses they run not only give you a thorough grounding of the basics, but ignite your passion to continue flying for years to come, be it as a hobby or even a profession.
A range of options to suit any budget
GoFly offer training for a range of flying courses and flying experiences, from PPL (Private Pilots Licence), which allows you to operate aircraft independently and carry non-commercial passengers, NPPL (National Private Pilots Licence) and IMC Rating courses, which are more suitable those who already have experience of flying in light aircraft and would like to manage their own flight, but without completing the full PPL course.
One of the best value flight schools
We take a unique approach to flying training. With a firm understanding of the often high costs involved, we aim to provide the very best value in the industry – flying training needn’t be a financial strain. For those wanting to solo hire our rates are £154 for Pilot club members and £192.50 for non members per hour for the PA28 aircraft and we also offer a scheme for members to benefit from frequent flying discounts. Be sure to arrive for your flying lesson at least 1 hour prior to your allocated time to make the most of our excellent flight planning facilities and magnificent surroundings.
