Yesterday (09/09/09) proved to be a great day all round. The weather was excellent, and looks to stay that way for the next few days and three of the schools students had a very successful day.
Adam Vartanian completed his first solo flight! He was pleased as he managed it in fewer hours than his friend Tom!
Andy Taylor completed his cross country qualifier flight to Dunkeswell and Bembridge, dispite a challenging cross wind at Bembridge!
And last but not least…
Matt Stockwell managed to impress Phil Mummery sufficiently and pass his Nav. and General handling skills tests. Congratulations to Matt who is now off to Cardiff University with his PPL in hand. Good luck!
