We currently have two vacancies at OSFS for Operations Staff for weekend work.

One position is open now to cover Saturdays. and one will become available during October this year to cover Fridays and Sundays. There is also the potential for odd days during the week on an ad-hoc basis. The days of work could be flexible depending on the candidates but would cover Friday to Sunday.

The hours of work will be 0800-1900 during summer, and 0800-Sunset +30 minutes in winter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall running of the Operations Desk of a busy flying school. This will include operating a computer-based booking system, answering calls and enquires etc, in addition to general office duties.

The role is a first point of contact for potential and current students, so a good telephone manner and personal bearing will be key.

This is an opportunity to work at a busy GA airfield with good industry links. It would suit someone with an interest in aviation – previous staff members have held private and commercial pilot’s licenses.
